Customer Service Export Import
Requirement:
* Background education minimum bachelor degree (S-1) all major
* Have experience min 1 years as Customer Service EXIM in logistics or freight forwarding company is priority
* Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
* Excellent Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
* Understand procedures, regulations, licenses, export import documents and the necessary permit, including PIB/PEB
* Having good communication and interpersonal skill
* Office: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
Job Description:
* Handle Customer enquiries
* Deliver fast and excellent communication to Customer
* Establish and maintain relationship with Customer
* Well-organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Good Decision making and problem solving skill
* Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
