Job Vacancy: Junior Executive - Haulage Operations

We are seeking a fresh entry level candidate to join our dynamic and challenging Haulage & Transport operations department in Pos Logistics Berhad. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of operations, including fleet management, route planning, and logistics coordination.

2. Vendor management function, to monitor and control of daily vendor performance on the job assigned to them. 

3. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

4. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with overall business strategies.

6. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management and customers.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

8. To keep client updated on the daily container deliveries and collection according to the daily planning. 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

2. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. 

3. Sound knowledge of Haulage & Transportation industry, regulations and compliance requirements.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

7. Multi lingual capability (English/Malay/Mandarin/Tamil) is an added advantage for this position.
