As a Leading Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker, we are looking for a qualified candidates to join our team for the following positions.

Location: Parrys, Chennai
 
Job Summary:-
• BE/SB filing by software
• Pre-shipment documents verification such as invoice packing list, BL / AWB, vessel tracking
• Post shipment documentation such as BL draft, release, Container bond, DO follow up and release.
• Submission of form 13
• Preparation of Certificate of Origin
• Filing pre EGM / VGM on Odex on time
• Follow up and Verify customers KYC
• Coordination with internal team for the completion of related works and follow-up.
• Timely communication and coordination with shipping line and thereby tracking of the entire shipment cycle.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

• Checklist preparation and verification with suitable HS code and notification
• Document verification prior BE/SB filing
• E Sanchit filing
• BE/SB filing on time with out delay

Key Skills:-

• Import documentation, Export documentation, CHA, Freight forwarding, Form 13, Odex, SB, BE, BL draft & d.o release
• Required Experience and Qualifications
• Expert in Tariff allocation for the particular commodity
• The candidate who has Single window knowledge is preferable
• Must have prior experience, good knowledge of CHA notification
• Good involvements in documentation work
• Day to day updates of CHA and Custom notifications


Qualification: Degree holder with 2 to 3 years experience.

Languages: Thamizh/English & other languages is an added advantage.
