Qualifications and Experience
Must be a graduate with atleast 10 to 15 year’s of experience in freight forwarding
Must have handled a similar position in current employment for atleast 3 years
Strong knowledge of International Air and Sea Operations [ Both Export and Import ] – Process,

Job Role
Lead the overall operations in the branch and take responsibility for effective day to day operations
Review, monitor and direct the Operations team
Ensure optimum/ effective pricing and procurement with carriers
Ensure compliance with AEO, CT-PAT , GDP , KYC, Risk Mitigation and operational controls
