Job Type: On Roll

Salary: 20000-25000/- INR/month depending on the candidate's experience.

Location: Multiple Location (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune,

The company is looking for Feet on Street candidates responsible for hiring riders

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hotspots and meet riders who can join Sendfast

Explain salary and payment details to the riders and convince them to join SENDFAST as a rider

Conduct field activities like poster sticking and pamphlet distribution to generate leads

Help newly joined riders escalate and resolve their challenges for better retention

Keep track of competitor rates and revise partner rates accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in rider hiring, field sales, mobile network sales, field operations, business development, or offline marketing.

Fluency in Telugu, Marathi and Hindi

Willingness and ability to continuously do fieldwork

Ability to operate a smartphone

Nice to have:

Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication would be an added advantage

On-the-job training will be provided by the company
